Gearboxes for electric motors transfer and change the torque between the drive and driven device. We supply gearboxes made by SIEMENS SIMOGEAR, Bonfiglioli, NORD, SEW-EURODRIVE, HYDRO-MEC and Tramec.
Our extensive range ensures you find the optimum product for your needs. We offer standalone gearboxes and compact motor-and-gearbox designs (electric gearboxes). Depending on design, size and gear ratio, output torques range from 10 Nm up to 2,600,000 Nm.
SIMOGEAR Gearbox Types
Electric Gearboxes — up to 20,000 Nm
Motor integrated with the gearbox (first gear directly on motor output shaft) or separate gearbox for IEC standard motors. Output torques up to 20,000 Nm / 55 kW motor power.
Spur Gearboxes
Most widely used for all standard applications. Solid output shaft in the motor axis. Motor power up to 200 kW, output torque up to 20,000 Nm, speeds 0.06–1,088 rpm. ATEX certified versions available.
